The institute has a conference room (capacity 84 people), two seminar rooms (capacity 20 people each), two working rooms (capacities 4 and 6 people), lecture room, library, computer room, 13 indivifual offices y 37 places in 8 shared offices. The conference room and seminars are equipped with blackboards and video-projectors connected to computers. All offices dispose of internet connection points, and wireless internet is available eveywhere in the building.

The use of the facilities of the institute is free of charge, and they are intended to allow training ad research activities in mathematics. To request an activity, you must fill out the form below. Fields marked with an asterisk are required. Please note that the facilities are limited, so please adjust your request to the appropriate time period and the number of people expected to participate in the activity. Be as descriptive as possible in the “Activity”, “Infrastructure” and “Comments” fields, following the instructions below:

  • If you wish to make a reservation of a room for a course, seminar or conference, please make an estimate of the number of participants.
  • If you wish to make a reservation of an office, please include the name, affiliation, period and purpose of the visit. The name of a local host researcher is needed, as responsible of the visit and in order to obtain the identification card for temporary access to the Institute fr the visitor.
  • To facilitate communication with the applicant, please provide your email and/or phone number.
