The conference fee will cover the welcome reception (Monday, June 19), the Alhambra night visit (Monday, June 19), conference dinner (Thursday, June 22), venue costs, conference package, refreshments (coffee breaks and poster session) and proceedings.

Conference fees including lunch
The Granada Conference Center is in the heart of the city, and there are many options for lunch within 15 min walking distance. For those participants who prefer to stay at the Conference Center during the lunch break, we have arranged a lunch buffet. The latter will offer a starter, and a selection of main courses and desserts, based on regional specialties and including vegetarian options.
Reduced Conference Fee
A reduced conference fee of 220 € (280 € including the lunch buffet) will be available for a limited number of students, and for participants with very limited financial resources.
The deadline for reduced fee applications is 15 March 2017, and the reduced fee must be paid before 16 April 2017, otherwise the regular fee of 420 € will have to be paid.

Fees for accompanying persons
In the case of cancellation before the regular registration deadline, the conference fee will be refunded except for a 40 € cancellation fee. In the case of cancellation after the registration deadline, the cancellation fee will rise to 125 €. No refunds are possible in the case of cancellation after 1 June 2017.
