Postdoc in the CNR, I obtained my PhD in the Statistical Physics group at the University of Granada, with Miguel Ángel Muñoz as advisor. We delved deeply into exploring the idea of criticality in living matter -with an emphasis on for neural and genetic systems- as well as its consequences for the emergence of collective phases and cooperative phenomena, using analytical and computational tools to shed light onto experimental observations.
