Granada belongs to the High-Speed Train Network (Red de Ciudades AVE) and is connected to several Spanish cities by train, such as Madrid (approximately 3 hours) and Barcelona (approximately 6 hours). You can use the RENFE services to plan your route.

By Plane

The Granada Airport (GRX) is served by several airlines (such as, Iberia, British Airways, Air Europa, Vueling, Easyjet), which handle flights to and from domestic and international destinations. For example, direct flights are provided by Easyjet to Milan – Malpensa (Italy), Naples (Italy), Berlin (Germany), Bordeaux (France), Nantes (France), Manchester (UK) and London-Gatwick (UK). British Airways provides a direct flight from Granada (GRX) to London-City Airport (LCY). Finally, Vueling provides a direct flight to Paris-Charles de Gaulle (CDG) Airport.

The Granada Airport is located 15 km from the city centre. You can reach the airport by bus or taxi. The bus service is provided by ALSA and links the airport with the Palacio de Congresos (last stop) and other areas of the city centre (approximately 45 minutes; price: 3 €).
The taxi fees are approximately up to 30 €.

In addition, the International Airport of Malaga (AGP) is only 70 minutes away from Granada and is served by a large number of airlines companies providing direct flights to several international destinations.
