Hemos desarrollado ratones con deleci\u00f3n del receptor de glucocorticoides y con ratones con deleci\u00f3n de la fosfatasa alcalina no espec\u00edfica de tejidos. Tambi\u00e9n hemos generado ratones que sobreexpresan el gen humano de esta enzima en el epitelio intestinal<br> \u2022 <strong>Modelos de enfermedad o alteraciones metab\u00f3licas<\/strong><br>        \u2022 <strong><em>Modelos de inflamaci\u00f3n intestinal\/colitis<\/em><\/strong>: tenemos experiencia en pr\u00e1cticamente todos los modelos de inflamaci\u00f3n intestinal conocidos incluyendo los modelos de colitis inducida por administraci\u00f3n de&nbsp; DSS y de TNBS, o modelos de transferencia linfocitaria a animales inmunodeprimidos<br>         \u2022 <em><strong>Modelos de sepsis <\/strong><\/em>por punci\u00f3n ileocecal y por administraci\u00f3n intraperitoneal de homogenados fecales<br>         \u2022 <strong><em>Modelo de tormenta de citokinas<\/em><\/strong> por adminstraci\u00f3n de \u00e9stas<br>         \u2022 <em><strong>Modelos de inducci\u00f3n de obesidad o s\u00edndrome metab\u00f3lico<\/strong><\/em>.
