Una de nuestras principales l\u00edneas de trabajo ha sido el estudio del glicomacrop\u00e9ptido (GMP), as\u00ed como de hidrolizados procedentes de algas, subproductos de la industria cervecera y otras fuentes proteicas sostenibles.<br><strong><em>Proyectos de investigaci\u00f3n<\/em><\/strong><br>\u2022 Caracterizaci\u00f3n de hidrolizados enzim\u00e1ticos de prote\u00ednas de lactosuero y de p\u00e9ptidos activos sobre la maduraci\u00f3n del epitelio intestinal (2002-2005).
