Juan A. Nicolás, a guarantor researcher of FiloLab, has co-edited the volume Leibniz. Razón, principios y unidad. Razao, principios e unidade (Ed. Comares, Granada, 2020) with Vivianne de Castilho, which compiles contributions from authors from 27 universities in 11 countries and includes texts in Spanish, Portuguese, French and English.
The book approaches the concept of unity of reason through the principles of Leibniz’s thought and mainly addresses four topics: metaphysics and principles; rationalism and knowledge; calculating and symbolic reason; ethics, law and theodicy.
