A response to the Excusable Ignorance Objection\u201d, by Laura Garc\u00eda Portela (Karl-Franzens-Universit\u00e4t, Graz). The finalist is Marta Conti Lorenzo (Department of Philosophy, King\u2019s College London) with the essay \u201cIs Helen Longino\u2019s Contextual Empiricism a Feminist Philosophy of Science?\u201d.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The prize is awarded by SWIP-Analytic Spain, in collaboration with the Spanish Society for Analytic Philosophy (SEFA), the Spanish Society for Logic, Methodology and Philosophy of Science (SLMFCE), FiloLab-UGR and the journal <em>Teorema<\/em>. The aim is to promote the work of female analytic philosophers from Spain or living in Spain at the moment and pursuing postgraduate studies.
