{"id":4827,"date":"2022-07-12T10:52:30","date_gmt":"2022-07-12T08:52:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wpd.ugr.es\/~filolab\/wordpress\/?p=4827"},"modified":"2022-07-12T10:52:30","modified_gmt":"2022-07-12T08:52:30","slug":"so-close-so-far-vulnerability-and-sexual-and-reproductive-rights-in-the-covid-19","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wpd.ugr.es\/~filolab\/wordpress\/2022\/07\/12\/so-close-so-far-vulnerability-and-sexual-and-reproductive-rights-in-the-covid-19\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00abSo close, so far: Vulnerability and sexual and reproductive rights in the COVID-19\u00bb"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"justify\">La investigadora de FiloLab <a href=\"http:\/\/wpd.ugr.es\/~filolab\/wordpress\/quienes-somos-nueva\/investigadores-asociados\/ester-masso-guijarro\/\">Ester Mass\u00f3 Guijarro<\/a>, en coautor\u00eda con <a href=\"https:\/\/wpd.ugr.es\/~filolab\/wordpress\/quienes-somos-nueva\/investigadores-colaboradores-de-centros-nacionales-e-internacionales\/rosana-trivino\/\">Rosana Trivi\u00f1o<\/a>, ha publicado el cap\u00edtulo titulado \u201cSo close, so far: Vulnerability and sexual and reproductive rights in the COVID-19 era\u201d, en el libro colectivo <em>The Global and Social Consequences of the COVID-19 Pandemic An Ethical and Philosophical Reflection<\/em>, publicado por la editorial <em>Springer,<\/em> editado y compendiado por Gottfried Schweiger.<\/p>\n<p>En este trabajo, Mass\u00f3 y Trivi\u00f1o analizan c\u00f3mo la transformaci\u00f3n que est\u00e1n experimentando las sociedades humanas debido al COVID-19 ha impactado significativamente los derechos sexuales y reproductivos de las mujeres embarazadas, pu\u00e9rperas y sus beb\u00e9s, v\u00edctimas del paradigma patriarcal ginecoobst\u00e9trico, que prevalece \u2014e incluso se amplifica\u2014 en tiempos de pandemia.<\/p>\n<p>Se presenta as\u00ed un an\u00e1lisis del derecho al parto aut\u00f3nomo y respetado, que incluye el derecho a la lactancia, as\u00ed como a los procesos de aborto, espec\u00edficamente comprometidos desde el inicio de la pandemia. A pesar de las disparidades entre ambas situaciones, que implican necesidades, tiempos y respuestas diferentes, se argumenta que coinciden en la falta de reconocimiento de los derechos sexuales y reproductivos de las mujeres embarazadas, ya que las medidas adoptadas responden a inercias sanitarias e intereses ideol\u00f3gicos m\u00e1s que a intereses p\u00fablicos y necesidades de salud.
