Por un lado, suelen utilizarse para animar a la gente a donar. Por otro lado, tambi\u00e9n sirven de base a las normativas vigentes en cada pa\u00eds en diferente medida. A menudo se utilizan de forma indistinta y equ\u00edvoca, a pesar de las diferentes implicaciones \u00e9ticas de cada concepto. Este art\u00edculo pretende aclarar hasta qu\u00e9 punto podemos hablar de altruismo y solidaridad en los modelos predominantes de donaci\u00f3n de \u00f3rganos.
