Este v\u00eddeo resume las investigaciones de dos art\u00edculos en los que ha participado nuestro compa\u00f1ero Ivar Rodr\u00edguez Hannikainen (FiloLab), los cuales llevan por t\u00edtulo <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/science\/article\/abs\/pii\/S0010027717302561\">Is utilitarian sacrifice becoming more morally permissible<\/a>?\u00a0<\/em>(https:\/\/doi.org\/10.1016\/j.cognition.2017.09.013) y <a href=\"https:\/\/www.frontiersin.org\/articles\/10.3389\/fpsyg.2019.02428\/full\"><em>For Whom Does Determinism Undermine Moral Responsibility? Surveying the Conditions for Free Will Across Cultures<\/em><\/a> (https:\/\/doi.org\/10.3389\/fpsyg.2019.02428). El primero aborda las permisividad y aceptaci\u00f3n en diferentes grupos generacionales al respecto del <em>sacrificio utilitario<\/em> -el cual parece gozar de mayor aceptaci\u00f3n en las cohortes m\u00e1s j\u00f3venes-, mientras que el segundo aborda los dilemas del libre albedr\u00edo y el determinismo causal a trav\u00e9s de una encuesta transcultural e interling\u00fc\u00edstica (26 pa\u00edses, 16 idiomas) a fil\u00f3sofos. Mientras que para ciudadanos estadounidenses, europeos y del Medio Oriente, ser la fuente \u00faltima de las propias acciones promovi\u00f3 percepciones de libre albedr\u00edo y control (junto con culpa y castigo), para los ciudadanos asi\u00e1ticos ser la fuente de las propias acciones no result\u00f3 particularmente importante.
