Her research focuses on coastal detrital aquifers, specifically in the mathematical modeling of groundwater (flow, transport, temperature, and age). She has also conducted modeling of surface water in relation to the interaction between surface water and groundwater. He is currently conducting research on managed aquifer recharge through the European international project MARSURE, part of the Water4All program, which aims to provide solutions for the management of freshwater resources in the face of climate change on a global scale.
