Licenciado en 1988 en la Facultad de Bellas Artes del País Vasco. En 1991 fue becado durante un año en la academia de artes plásticas Sztuk Pieknych de Varsovia. En 1998 obtuvo la beca del VI Curso de Arte en Mojácar y en 2011 fue becado por el MA Estudio en Pekín. Como artista invitado ha ejercido su magisterio en el máster de Pintura de la Universidad del País Vasco “Práctica y actuación en la pintura del siglo XXI” entre los cursos 2013 y 2018. A lo largo de su trayectoria, ha realizado más de 20 exposiciones individuales y más de 40 colectivas, tanto locales como nacionales e internacionales.

Graduated in 1988 from the Faculty of Fine Arts of the Basque Country. In 1991 he received a one-year scholarship at the Sztuk Pieknych Academy of Plastic Arts in Warsaw. In 1998 he obtained the scholarship for the VI Art Course in Mojácar and in 2011 he received a scholarship for the MA Estudio in Beijing. As a guest artist, he has taught in the master’s degree in Painting at the University of the Basque Country «Practice and performance in 21st century painting» between the 2013 and 2018 courses. Throughout his career, he has had more than 20 individual exhibitions and more than 40 collectives, both local, national and international.
