The Image Laboratory lab is open to university community members to explore, innovate and bring their ideas to reality. The users of the Image Lab can share knowledge with a global network of makers. And it can serve the needs of educators in need of a lab space for courses, students needing to prototype a design or produce something tangible. There are workshops available for students to learn how to create and use a space like this. The Image laboratory offers a permanent service of advice in design, laser cutting (Co2 80w), vinyl printing and cutting, color printing plotter. The Image Laboratory is attended by a Laboratory Technician, as a part of the Functional Unit of Laboratories of the UGR and depends on the Dept. of Painting. He is in charge of giving the necessary support for the preparation of practices, experiments or services in the field of teaching and research.<\/span><\/p>\n

El Laboratorio de Imagen es un lugar que intercambia conocimientos, ideas y recursos para capacitar colectivamente a las personas que experimentan con nuevos objetos art\u00edsticos y reflexiones visuales. El Laboratorio de Imagen est\u00e1 abierto a los miembros de la comunidad universitaria para explorar, innovar y hacer realidad sus ideas. Los usuarios del Laboratorio de Imagen pueden compartir conocimientos con una red global de creadores. Y puede servir a las necesidades de los educadores que necesitan un espacio de laboratorio para sus cursos, a los estudiantes que necesitan crear un prototipo de un dise\u00f1o o producir algo tangible. Hay talleres disponibles para que los estudiantes aprendan a crear y utilizar un espacio como \u00e9ste. El laboratorio de Imagen ofrece un servicio permanente de asesoramiento en dise\u00f1o, corte l\u00e1ser (Co2 80w), impresi\u00f3n y corte de vinilo, impresi\u00f3n risogr\u00e1fica y plotter de impresi\u00f3n en color. El Laboratorio de Imagen es atendido por un T\u00e9cnico de Laboratorio, que se inscribe en la Unidad Funcional de Laboratorios de la UGR y dependiente del Dpto. de Pintura. Encargado de dar el soporte necesario para la preparaci\u00f3n de pr\u00e1cticas, experimentos o servicios en el \u00e1mbito de la docencia y la investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
