José Carlos Segura Luna is a Full Professor at the Department of Signal Processing, Telematics and Communications (TSTC) of the University of Granada (UGR). Prof Segura Luna has been Vice-Director of the Center for Information Technology and Communication Networks (CSIRC) at UGR, and Vice-Director of the Research Center for Information and Communication Technologies (CITIC).
