José Luis Vargas Fernández is the Head of the Otorhinolaryngology Service at the San Cecilio Clinical University Hospital (HUSC). Dr Vargas Fernándes is also a Guest Lecturer at the Department of Surgery and Surgical Specialties of the University of Granada (UGR).
