The Department of Pure and Applied Mathematics of the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (Brazil) is offering two positions. The requisites are to speak a little portuguese and a PhD in mathematics. No specific research area is needed, the concourse will ask for a test in Linear Algebra and R^n Analysis for the candidates; however, some experience in research/publication in mathematics will certainly make a big difference.
