The Instituto de Ciências Matemáticas e de Computação, Universidade de São Paulo at São Carlos, SP, Brazil, welcomes applications for a two years Post-doctoral position in Singularity Theory. The position is supported by the FAPESP grant 2014/00304-2.
The candidate will be selected based on the following documents: curriculum vitae, short research project, letter indicating the motivation for the position, and two recommendation letters.

This opportunity is open to candidates of any nationality. The selected candidate will receive a FAPESP’s Post-Doctoral fellowship in the amount of R$ 6.819,30 (around 2,023 USD) monthly and a research contingency fund equivalent to 15% of the annual value of the fellowship which should be spent in items directly related to the research activity.
