We are pleased to announce a one-year postdoctoral position (Assegno di Ricerca) in L’Aquila. The position is funded by the PRIN project «Differential-geometric Aspects of Manifolds via Global Analysis.» The salary is approximately €1450 after taxes, with the possibility of renewal for a second year.
The research will focus on Riemannian and Complex Geometry and Geometric Analysis. Topics of particular interest include the geometry of Riemannian submanifolds whose curvature satisfies specific equations or geometric properties, their evolution through geometric flows, geometric flows of Riemannian and Complex manifolds, classifications of geometric structures on real and complex manifolds, and isoperimetric inequalities on manifolds and Riemannian submanifolds.
