We also happy to announce that we received a grant under the Conference Support Program of the Commission of Developing Countries of the International Mathematical Union(CDC IMU). This grant, together with the private donation by Aleksey A. Borisenko, allows us to offer financial support to partially cover accommodation and travel expenses for researchers from developing countries. Limited funds are also available to support participants from the other countries. Graduate students and recent PhDs are particularly encouraged to apply. as a single pdf document at the conference e-mail magt2016@karazin.ua. Deadline for applications for financial support is July, 1, 2016. Successful applicants will be notified by July, 10, 2016. Reminders: The conference will take place in V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University (Kharkiv, Ukraine) on September 12 - 16, 2016 (suggested arrival is September 11). Timeline of the conference:

• July 1, 2016 – deadline for online registration and financial support application;
• By July 10, 2016 – notification of successful applicants;
• August 1, 2016 – deadline for contributed talks and posters abstracts submission;
• End of August – acceptance decisions on contributed talks and posters.
• September 12, 2016 – start of the conference;

The conference fee is 350 UAH (15 EUR) for senior researchers, 250 UAH (10 EUR) for recent PhDs, and 150 UAH (5 EUR) for graduate students. The fee covers conference materials, coffee breaks and welcome party, and should be paid in cash during the registration on the first day of the conference.
