Rocío González-Martínez is a PhD candidate in Social Sciences. She holds a degree in Work Sciences and a MA in Occupational Risk Prevention by the University of Granada. Since December 2015, she is a Junior FPI Researcher in the research project "Business Ethics: Normativity and Economic Behavior II" at the Department of Philosophy I of the University of Granada. She was also a member of the research group "Organizational Health and Wellbeing" at the same university.

Areas of research

Her research is mainly focused on the Spanish labour market, employees' coping strategies and psychosocial risks in organizations.
