Papers may be submitted in any of the working languages of the Conference and must focus on one the topics addresses in the first two Sessions of the Conference. Each author may submit only one paper, except co-authorship, in which case up to two papers may be accepted.The Communications should not exceed 15 pages (Times New Roman 12, 1.5 Line Spacing. Free citation format). The presentation time limit is 10 minutes.
Proposals for communications should be sent by e-mail to eucons@ugr.es. The subject should include the name and surname and the Session in which s/he wishes to participate. Example: “Ana García Rossi Communication First Session”. The paper and a clear summary of its objectives and conclusions should be submitted as attached documents to the e-mail.
Deadline for submission of proposals: 3rd October 2021.
Admission of the communication: 5th October 2021.
The selection will be made by the scientific committee based on relevance and interest to the specific topics of the Conference and the quality of the proposals. The Organisation may award a mention to the best paper/s of the Conference, which will be announced at the closing ceremony.
All accepted papers should be presented in person (in case of co-authorship, they should be defended by only one of the authors). However, due to public health reasons, the Organisation may consider the possibility of online presentations.
The participation of communicants in the recreational activities of the Conference may be subject to a fee.
The Organisation may, prior notice to the authors, publish papers of sufficient quality in an open access publication. Where appropriate, they may be submitted for peer review.
