Event Details

September 16 to 19, 2025

This workshop is the fifth installment in the series "Gradient Flows face-to-face", created after the pandemic to allow researchers to meet and discuss gradient flows and related topics, such as: interacting particle systems, kinetic theory, applications, variational methods for evolution, etc. It follows the four previous editions, held in Rome, L'Aquila, Lyon, and Raitenhaslach. The aim is to keep a working group atmosphere and encourage discussions and interactions as much as possible between participants.

Venue

The workshop will mainly take place at the main conference room of the Institute of Mathematics of the University of Granada (IMAG - location, how to arrive). All activities will take place at IMAG on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. As an exception, on Wednesday the workshop will take place at Carmen de la Victoria (location, website).

Accommodation and practical information

Many participants are staying at Hotel Granada by Pierre & Vacances. If you have reserved a hotel through us, you should have received a confirmation of reservation from the hotel; please contact us otherwise.
